CM Community Foundation Letter from the President

Dear Friends,

In these challenging economic times, the Central Montcalm Community Foundation is proud to have a positive impact in our community.

In the past year we have established a Healthy Youth and Senior Endowment and are in the process of setting up a youth advisory council for this. The William McCarthy Endowment was also established this past year. This will provide a countywide scholarship for a student going into the law enforcement field.

With your support we have:

increased the foundation assets to over $700,000 in 2011
in the past 4 years paid out over $100,000 in grants and scholarships to many community groups, non-profit organizations, education programs, and college bound students in the Central Montcalm community.

Together we can make a difference and improve the quality of life in our community. We appreciate the community involvement and look forward to bigger and better things in the future.

As always we are looking for ways to improve. Any new ideas, advice or suggestions are welcomed.

Our Mission

The Central Montcalm Community Foundation's mission is to enhance the quality of life in the Central Montcalm area through income generated by gift, bequests and estates contributed as endowments.

Through annual earnings from these permanent endowments, many agencies, institutions and charitable organizations will be able to fund programs for the long term benefit of Central Montcalm residents.
