With all applications, please be sure to attach a file containing:

1. Your letter of recommendation
2. College acceptance letter
3. Quality resume which includes all your extra-curricular activities both at school and in the community, organizations that you belong to, any honors or awards you have received during your high school career and a small explanation as to why you should be considered for a scholarship
